i bought college football on a disc

i bought college football on a disc and when i put it in my disc drive it didnt work so i took it out and cleaned it and put it back in and it didnt work and now its stuck in my disc drive so i was wondering if i could get it digitally for free because i dont wanna spend another $76 dollars. proof i bought it on a disc.
