Get your RB in protection, then press L1 or LB and Full-Slide the OL away from the RB. (If RB is to the left, full slide right and vise versa).
If he pulls down a 7th defender, get the TE/FB/2nd RB in on the protection as well.
That should get the blitz picked up.
Now try to hit out routes, Drag routes and Corners. If you want to run try stretch. I always beat the life out of those spammers.
++ if you pass, get it to one of the off-line WRs. They can’t be pressed so they’ll be available quicker.
