I would like to know if College Football 25 will support online multiplayer matches with more than two participants. Specifically, I am interested in head-to-head match configurations such as 2 vs 1, 3 vs 1, or 2 vs 2. Could you provide information on whether these multiplayer amounts will be available in the game because in the ea trial it’s only 1 v 1. Thank you!
Will EA College Football 25 have a 3 vs. 3 multiplayer mode?
I am scared that in an effort to “not be a Madden clone” EA College Football 25 will be missing key game modes and options that are gems in the Madden franchise.
3v3 multiplayer in Madden is one of its most popular and party-friendly game modes. Please tell me the EA College Football team knows how important this mode is to fans.
I would expect a game like this that is “pushing so many boundaries” to ‘one up’ Madden by including possibly a 4v4 mode. The mode would single handedly bring more users to the game. Please.
EA College Football 25 on the Xbox store mentions a maximum of 2 players per team online (4). While same game on the PlayStation store mentions a maximum of 6 players online or 3 per team.
please give us the answer! The right answer would bring so much more hype to this game. Please tell me there is 3 v 3

Nothing? Really glad I decided to post on this forum. Funny enough, this is yet another EA product/service that has disappointed me severely.
I’m not sure why, but I do have high hopes for CFB 25. I really hope this doesn’t follow in the footsteps of literally every other EA game franchise (TBF sim city and NHL are still highly regarded).
I’ve heard great things about the CFB 25 team and wish nothing but the best for them. But I fear the virus that is EA could taint even the best ideas and intentions.
I’ve really gotten off subject here but I believe these are valid feelings from many EA users.
in conclusion: Let me play your f••king game with two of my friends against another dude with two of their friends. Pretty Please LOL? I promise I’ll buy your crappy EA bucks or coins or whatever the hell you gets you off at night. (I was REALLY hoping you would add micro transactions to this beloved franchise- said no one ever).

Is there a head to head online modes activated yet? The only thing I see is a survive and advance 3 minute quarter thing for road to playoffs?

Every year you neglect millions of players by eliminating all online competitive co op outside of ultimate team. Is there any option for online competitive co op games outside of play with friends? It used to be that way, but obviously the revenue stream from ultimate team has enticed EA to eliminate basic options for casual players and friends to compete online. Does EA College Gameplay have any modes other than “play with friends” that allows for competitive multiplayer where records or seasons are recorded? I have 2 kids and a full time job. I can’t afford to spend 4 hours a day doing mindless ultimate team challenges but I want to compete. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks.
I 100% agree, I want to play with my friends but hate grinding mut challenges just to lose to a team who paid for all the best players. Even a mode like the yard back in madden 22 would be very appreciated as I enjoyed playing that with my friends. It should be a staple of a football game to have regulation 3v3 modes in online matches! Not just in ultimate team

Completely agree with your sentiment. I cannot believe there aren’t online cooperative modes outside of ultimate team! Which is already broken due to a glitch where now everyone has all the best cards and games aren’t competitive
