It seems the issue lies in the fact that both of my Xbox accounts are linked to the same ea account thanks for your help!!!!!
Community ManagerYes. That's why it would behave this way. I'm trying to find out if this is intended or not.
Typically madden would require you to make a new ea account before starting another ultimate team. Just seems like an oversight on this game.
