Standard edition pre order bonuses missing?

Is there supposed to hea code for the cover athlete. Alma mater alumni. Bring home glory packs? Or did they automatically show up on login?

preorderedfrom Best Buy and they  don’t know anything about this?

    You will want to reach out to Best Buy to confirm if they have any additional codes available for your purchase. 

    I would also recommend checking your email for any additional information they may have sent that might have add more codes.
