When is the patch for freezing/crashing issues on Xbox coming out?
There is an entire thread being ignored over in the Bugs part of the forum.

After a thorough investigation and troubleshooting steps with multiple players, we have confirmed that your Xbox console is functioning correctly, and all Xbox Services is up and running smoothly. We have conducted troubleshooting steps, and even resorted in resetting Xbox console to factory defaults but the issues still persists.
Lot of players have tried to request a refund for the game and re-purchase it again, to try renewing their licenses thinking it would just be an entitlement concerns/issues but the same problem stills persist.
It appears that the crashing problems you are encountering are related to the server issues with the College Football game itself which has been addressed already by the game developer EA Sports. At this point, it is crucial to collaborate with EA Sports, as they are responsible for the game server's management. My game consistently freezes just after any coin toss in OT and leaves you with the midfield screen while you start getting delay of game penalties. Nothing fixes it including restarting the Xbox. Have to restart it and get back into the game with the menu up and abandon the game. Also had it freeze twice yesterday in online games with a friend.

I can't even get a snap in. First play from scrimmage the game freezes and Xbox needs a hard restart.
Happens on my sons PS5 as well. Which also has a thread being ignored in the bugs message board. They even marked that one as solved without solving a damn thing.
2 games started this morning.
Game 1 - froze during the initial load screen.
Game 2 froze in the middle of the first quarter.
Game log for August 7th continued.
Game 3 - Froze in middle of first quarter
Game 4 - Froze in middle of second quarter
Game 5 - Crashed back out to home screen after opening half time kick off.
It appears the EA servers are now down. I will report more frozen/crashed games when I am able to start them again.
August 7th Game log continued - This is all on CUT Solo Seasons, 2 minute quarters, so that should tell you how pathetic this product is.
Game 6- Froze in middle of second quarter
Game 7 - Was able to complete this game (had to take a short break as the shock forced me to crap my pants and I needed a change or shorts)

Game 8 - Froze in first quarter, 3 plays into CPU's opening possession.
Game 9 - Froze at beginning of third quarter
Game 10 - Was able to complete this game.
EA SPORTS - where 80% of the time, the game freezes every time!!!!
August 7th game log continued - Switch over to Road to Glory
Game 11 - Froze in 1st quarter 3 plays into the game.
Game 12 - Froze in middle of 2nd quarter
