    UPDATE: It seems the workaround is to do a solo "online" dynasty. The issue doesn't seem to occur in online ones.

Same for me.  As soon as the game is complete, occasionally I encounter this error and it exists dynasty mode.

Sometimes it saves the game results, sometimes I am forced to replay the game.
