Nice to see no replies at all after ten months.
It's not fixed, that much I can confirm.
"Fetching Data" isn't some random noise. It's in the code. It has a cause. And for an offline dynasty, there should be no need to fetch data anyway. Bad design somewhere.
Even if EA were to say "sorry, we don't intend to fix this," that would be better than ten months of radio silence.
I hear there's some worry on next year's sales for this game too... Maybe they could do some focus groups to figure out why.
