How to reinvite a previously booted user to Online Dynasty League?

I had a user that was fired from a job just before leaving for a family vacation. I decided to boot him from the league to make it easier for the league to continue until he returned. He has since returned but now it is not letting me invite him and when he tries to join manually it says "you have been booted from this league"
