Loading my Dynasty

I am into Year 8 of a Dynasty with a Teambuilder program.    I have never had an issue until the past week.    I can play Road to CFB Glory against other users but I am unable to get my Dynasty to load.   It just keeps saying "refreshing teambuilder data" but will never make it to the Dynasty Home screen.    No clue what is going on or how to fix it.
