Online Dynasty Weekly Summary Updates does not show for me.

I am the owner of the online dynasty  with friends. If I am not currently logged in the dynasty when the week is advanced, I do not get the weekly summary update for recruits and potential transfers. Everybody else in the league gets them. The same thing happened to me in NCAA 25. Anybody else having this issue?
