Player's ratings dropped for no reason

That doesn't fix the damage it did unfortunately 

Position change will fix the overalls but not the badges. I just tried with my Elusive back that dropped and he came back up on Overall but is now a receiving back. 

Any acknowledgment yet from EA? It is very questionable to me to get an update that causes this issue just a few days before EA’s other football game comes out. So it ruins our dynasties shortly before a new option to buy a new game comes out. And EA won’t acknowledge it despite it being a critical level bug. Incredibly frustrating. 

Hey Guys, this happened to me as well. Pretty Lame, but I think I found somewhat of a fix. I simulated the remainder of my season. Then In offseason position changes change the players whose rating decreased to a related or opposite position then change them back to their primary position and it should fix their ratings. I had a Sophomore Running back who was 89 overall and his rating dropped to 75 when I was screwing around with my playbook. So when I got to the offseason I moved him to fullback and then back to Half Back and it put him back to 89. 

I changed my playbook on scheme from USc to multiple in week 3 of season 6 of dynasty and half my players dropped from 80s to 50s. Do we have any idea when this will be patched? We shouldn’t have to wait weeks for a title update. This makes the mode unplayable and it’s very common that players switch playbooks. There is no current way to fix this. Has anyone found a way to revert this? I tried doing it by individual players and only works for a couple. This is pathetic EA

The drop in rating is due to the player tendencies being bugged after the update. 

The best solution is the position change. 

I literally changed every player on my roster to a different position, then back to their original position and in 95% of the cases, their overall went back and their tendency reset. In a few cases, however, the tendency was still different after the fact. 

For example, I had a Pass Defender LOLB rated 76. The update changed him to a Run Stopper, and his rating plummeted to a 57. On position change day, I moved him to FS, Then back to LOLB and the game made him a Speed Rushing LOLB with a rating of 82. I just wanted my Pass Defender back, but I'll take the ratings bump. I think the game picks the best tendency for each player based on ratings and assigns that to them when you change positions.

The fact that we have to do this to make the game playable is, quite frankly, infuriating. 

There is no fix. None of that s#$t works. Nice try EA employee.
