Protected Rivals or Add new Rivalry

This seems like a complete miss on EA’s part I’m in my 3rd year at Rutgers rebuilding them and I took down conference games from 8 to 7 and the game they take off is my rivalry game against Maryland!! How does it make sense that you can’t protect the rivalry game or at least have to ability to create a new rivalry with a team. Because of this amazing issue I also won’t be able to unlock the Architect Tree because I have no rivalry games to play and I need to win 4 to unlock the tree…. What a well thought out idea so I guess Architect just isn’t achievable for my coach anymore unless I change schools that still have a rivalry game haha what a joke!!

    Agree.. you need to be able to add new rivals -- for example - i played usf (University of south florida) and USF is under the american confeence - which usf does not have any rivals .. thus i cannot open up the architect section for coaches .. so EA- please do something about it

    Wow that is silly willy, man.  I've seen the schedules get SUPER messed up when you start changing things.  I moved a couple teams around and one team had all 12 games on the road.  not a single home conference game.  Also, I moved Notre Dame to the big10 and that messed up all of the schedules.  OSU didn't even play michigan.  Big miss on EA...

    I agree, when I made my custom team, the Bal Harbour Bettas, I wanted to have a rivalry with the FAU Owls, but I can’t, and I’m not going through the trouble to manually add them to every schedule. I’ll just work with the pre-set rivalry at the SBC

    I have the same issue with our rebuilt Pac-12 online dynasty... 

    Cannot set rivals, kind of a joke for a new conference.
