I agree. it looks to easy, especially if you learn to choose right way to upgrade coaches and pick good coach staff.

On one of the other Dynasty videos I saw that they had maxed out coaching staff, I hope they changed it so when your assistant coaches reaches level 45-50, they are more likely to go to other schools as HC or move to NFL.

But yes, If you want to do a longer road, then I suggest choosing low Coach XP development.
