Recruiting Question
This has to do with soft/hard sell. After I get three green check marks I will make a soft/hard sell if I need to boost a recruits interest. What I have noticed is an oddity in the green up ticks I get. Normally if all interests are A+ I will get 4 up ticks but sometimes I only get 3. If I have lesser up ticks like B's I normally get 3 but sometimes I get 4.
What gives? Is this just another bug or am I missing something?
- @sdzald This is just a guess.... I am hoping that it is not meant to be formulaic and instead meant to have varience to reflect the human nature of recruiting. That way you can have guys that fall in love with you.... and some that may or may not just to a lesser degree.
