Recruits disappearing from Recruiting Board

I have created 3 offline dynasties. In each dynasty, there is always one specific position on my recruiting board where the player will disappear from the recruiting board. Here are some things to note: 

• The recruit is still unsigned when he is removed from my recruiting board. 
• The scholarship offered and recruiting hours put into the recruit no longer exists, which means I have lost recruiting hours because of this.
• When I re-add the player to my recruiting board, I have to send him another scholarship.
• I never receive any recover points for the player being removed from my board. 
• This seems to happen when I advance to the very next week. 

In one dynasty, the punter position was removed every week.

In my current dynasty, it is now the fullback position being removed every week.

Could someone please help me with this? I've lost out on recruiting hours because of this bug. It is very frustrating.
