Why does game keep crashing

PS5: Boot in Safe mode and choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

If the issue persists or you are on Xbox, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

I'm on Playstation.  I've done that at least 4 times. Factory reset the console and the same issue persist.  

I can’t believe a company of this size can just put out a broken game that is literally turning my console off and making my tv flicker like a rave. Is there any fix for this. I’m using the trial currently and I’m glad I did because I’d feel way worse if I had paid for it. Is there any fix out for this. Had no issues Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Just lad night in last game of solo seasons game final seconds of game I scored a TD and the game went skitz and turned off my PS. Ever since then the game won’t load and just keeps crashing on startup or when I go into ultimate team. It’s just ridiculous.

Even after uninstall and reinstall it still is crashing the entire PS5. 

I have reinstalled the game and the issue still happens in bitg online and offline dynasty. My game tends to crash last 1-3 minutes of the game.
