I've opened all the packs for the weekly GOTW "promo", I only have 2 GOTW tokens out of the 3 that I should have. I remember opening the first pack and Immediately adding that first token to the set. After three weeks now, the original token is gone and I am left with 2 tokens. After contacting EA Customer Service, they instructed me to post on this forum and hope that someone can find a solution for me on here. On Ea's end it shows my token was used as part of a "submission" so that counts out accidentally having quicksold it. Anyone else have this issue?

I didn’t get my GOTW token when I logged in today.

I literally had the exact same thing happen. Didn’t get it from week 1 and I’m pretty sure I’m 1 token shorter than where I should be. Ea support tells me to post in here and if enough ppl have the problem they’ll look into it. Clearly it’s an issue. However, there should be 14 weeks of GOTW tokens, maybe even more. So hopefully we eventually get enough? Just not immediately on week 12 how it should be.

Also have the same issue. I've opened that GOTW pack every week and yet I'm one token shorter than I should be. I don't remember which pack's token got eaten/lost but I do vaguely remember maybe pushing a button quickly with one of the packs and maybe sending it off elsewhere like another poster described. Not sure but I should have 7 here after adding Week 7's token just now and it's showing 6 ☹️

Same exact issue here. For 100% certain didn't delete or quicksell any and i am 1 token short

Any chance we can get 2 extra tokens for those that may have missed em for whatever reason? A work trip got in the way and I'm pretty sure I missed a couple. At 10 tokens now.

Feel you man. I'm a casual but literally only play NCAA when I turn on my Xbox. But apparently I've missed a week myself so fingers crossed they'll give us a few more weeks to complete the token grind
