@-02HabuThanks for the support. I honestly just want the Xavier Restrepo card as I should have. I didn't grind the Heisman Hustle to get the upgrade tokens for nothing. 🙂
If you have still not received the Xavier Restrepo card, EA support has advised that you need to open a ticket at EA Help. I spoke with a representative, Vipin, who was extremely helpful. Vipin said that EA does consider this issue resolved.
Vipin said that all users who have yet to receive the card will need to open a ticket at EA help and reference case number: 192728452
This will let EA Devs know that the issue isn't resolved for everyone.
