As an update for everyone I still have not received my pre-order content and EA support refuses to do anything about it stating to "be patient". It's been over a week and a half at this point. EA needs to be held accountable for this. We paid for this content.

I haven’t played ultimate team yet because I have been playing the other modes but I realized that my deluxe packs and points are not on my account

      Hi, I did go to a chat after I put that and they said it was a common thing and to wait for a while and it will be fixed at some point

      Does the EA Help desk not already have a ticket opened for this issue? If so, post the routing link so that everyone can get immediate help. I work in IT, so I know how a ticketing system SHOULD work...
