Re: College Football EA Play Loyalist Ultimate Team Packs

@jahf0rceJust reached out using the same language, they said

"Thank you for your time. Now I'll transfer you to the CF25 team offline queue. After they review this case, you will be granted a loyalist pack ultimate team and we'll review your case and reach out to them once we have more updates. so you just need to check your email regularly. it should be takes about 2-3days or less"

Fingers crossed! Thank you for the insight. Seems like including the link to the rewards page you included clears up a lot of confusion on their end.

@jahf0rce  My experience with EA over this has not been good. They keep closing the case with "NO FIX" and I have provided them everything but a blood sample proving I have EA Play and the game and as @tnassttyy has said I even sent them a screenshot of your pack as proof they have a fix. Was told again today their is no fix and that they are "working on it" and that it might be "months" before they have a solution. So I am seriously curious to why you seemed to have got a pack nobody else can get?

In fact they told me they do not know how you got that pack because they literally have no fix. We all know @EA_Illium is not a dev but a chat room monitor but maybe they can shed some light on why this is taking so long when it should be a simple fix. I too work in the computer industry and used to work for a giant gaming company and I know there people would have been fired already for the sheer number of bugs in the game like we have in this game. I think the devs are doing bad on purpose to either protest low pay or working conditions.

@45251504fe6a0cb9 I am hoping whichever "offline queue" I was put into solves the issue. They said expect an email in 2-3 days from yesterday. I will be following up again on Sunday / Monday.

@tnassttyy  I am hoping you have the luck @jahf0rce had.  There was a guy in the forums a few weeks back that was talking about a class action because I guess it isn't just the loyalty packs and make goods for the solo seasons but a lot of stuff EA promised people who pre-ordered but never came through with. Of course if that ever happens we all get $1.35 and the attorney's make millions. LMAO

I have no faith in EA that I will ever receive the EA Play Loyalty packs nor any of the make goods we were promised for the solo battles shafting us. I did not cancel this month because with my luck I would cancel and then they'd say, oh you no longer have EA Play... sorry.

I am in the computer industry and had a manager once give us good advice (a long while ago I worked for a famous gaming company-not EA) and the manger told the CSR's, because of the sheer number of complaints from gamers, "This is a virtual world, it costs us literally zero dollars to throw them something to make them happy. Why are you $%#^ ^#holes fighting with them on the phones?"  I was not a CSR I was QA/QC but was at that meeting. EA does not have a manager like that.

Remember, that was the 90's where: A. Managers could cuss you out still. B. Players had to CALL a phone number for support and C. we used modems for games.

@45251504fe6a0cb9 EA could take a play out of EPIC Games playbook for these types of issues. I play Fortnite and if there are numerous bugs around certain challenges or server outages for extended time, not allowing players to complete timed challenges, they simply reward ALL players with that content and move along.

@jahf0rce Right, same with IO or Rockstar. EA just plain sucks as a company. Many on here are hoping that EA gives up on college and 2k buys the rights. These reps I have chatted with act like sending me those loyalty packs is taking food away from their families. It is a digital game, none of it is real. Sending me a few packs (which by the way technically I paid for by paying for my monthly membership in EA Play) does not cost the company a penny. You literally just flip a switch. (A little more complicated, but that is the metaphor I went with.) And BOOM, we have our packs.

Finally recieved both of mine too, although all the cards I got were 74-75 and one 80 TE. All went straight to training points. Would have been way more helpful a month ago when the game released.
