The game won't allow you to make it that far...I click ultimate team then error code pops

I'm having the same issue as a lot of the guys here. I've also deleted and reinstalled the game, used an ethernet cable, and changed my lineup, but nothing has worked. I've been playing this game since day one and haven't had any issues till a few days ago. It's now day 4 of not having access to Ultimate Team, and I've gone to customer service twice, with no luck. Basically got sent here, to report the issue. My gamertag is thiccsticky on PS5.
