Season 6 field pass qualifiers not progressing

Has anyone have issues with the field pass, for season 6, under the Qualifiers section not progressing when playing a game. I have been stuck with getting 1 more Forced fumble, 2 rush TDs, 1 complete...

Been in contact with ea help for 4 days. They closed my case saying no fix. So, they can't and aren't going to do anything. Please spread the word.
