Ultimate team hasn’t worked for me in three days since this is the only reason I bought the game its pretty frustrating not to mention the hundreds of dollars I spent on packs and now I’m stuck here ...

Same here. EA help has done nothing. Told me I would need to go through Microsoft. I am considering having my attorney contact their legal department. After spending hundreds this isn’t nothing.

  I haven't been able to play since Saturday.
  They've made no effort to fix this, it seems. I've been contacting them every day, nothing changes. I'm disgusted.
