Spike is spot on. There shouldn't be a cap on the number of teams you can have on an FBS level. Creating a conference or even adding ten teambuilder teams to a Pac-12 and keep that conference seems like it should be a given. 

Also, editing rivals and school prestige would be clutch.

@palbertosanchez Yeah, I forgot to add rivals in specifically in my post but I hoped that was implied in the etc.
