Hi guys can u help me?
I've got this message from 1 month. I Tried everything but it didnt work. It must be something related to my connection, because i used my iphone as hotspot and i dint have that message.
How do i fix it?
I play on ps5
does it say ajax error? thats what mine says..
- @e_Vaporub No, the website saves & submits without any error. Yet, when trying to download in the game, nothing happens except a file error message that says to try again later. It's been almost a day later and I still can't get mine in the game.
Having the same issue smh
I had to remake my team from scratch in another file and it went fine. Somehow the first file was just corrupted.
Team builder works, after I publish it and am told that it was a successful publish. Next I check the creation center on my computer or on my console, the team isn't showing up. Is there a lag? It has almost been 24 hours, what am I not doing, I really want to play with this team I spent hours making.
I’ve tried this several times Lol I’m really not sure what else I can do, everybody else can download my shares expect me it’s so weird. I’m not sure how to fix
I keep having getting an error where it says “An Error Has Occurred While Downloading the Latest Roster”. Please assist. I have been able to play all of my other games so there is no issue there. My internet is connected properly with open NAT. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Unfortunately, nothing has worked from the chats that I have reached out to previously. Please help.
I am playing EA college 25 on my PS five and when I try to download the roster, it tells me that an error occurred downloading the roster. It is very frustrating since I pre-ordered the game and have been unable to download it since we got it a week ago. Any ideas?

Spoiler- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
- Open you're Xbox NAT Type
