Cant play ultimate team

For the past month now, I haven’t been able to play college ultimate team. Every time I try to login and play a game it says “error Our service cannot process this at this time” and I have no idea what the problem is. I’ve deleted the game redone with the game restarted my PlayStation five multiple times I even put it in safe mode and clear the cashe and I still can’t play the most I could do is play one off-line game against CPU but as for online I can’t do anything and they just started happening a month ago.

    So I think I found a fix. EA's FC25 Facebook page says their is a roster glitch that can cause this to happen. I hit the "generate best lineup" on my roster and after that it stopped giving me the error code. Hopefully this works for yall as well

    I’m having the same exact issue. I did all the things that you have done and still nothing. Can we get an explanation of what’s actually going on here? Cause I how can I still spend my money on these packs but yet I can’t even play an online game or even do the challenges.

    I got on last night for the first time in a while and played for an hour and the. Suddenly got the same error message. I haven’t seen anything about any of their servers being down though?
