If you are still seeing a message to reset your EA account password, we can try resetting it at help.ea.com
After closeCF25 and restart your console. If this continues after, please reach out to our support to look at your account.

What issues are you having when you try to login, exactly? Could you share a screenshot of your issue?
EA Help is a complete joke. They don’t answer emails and the website is jumbled with error messages. A complete joke. What a fiasco.

My account name is as the tag I have here and I am having the same problem on my Xbox. I have tried just about anything I can think of and find on here. Hope I can get some help.
Good news everyone, after I was on chat with customer support, they had to unlink my old EA sports account so I could then re-link my new one. On the EA website you just have to link your account to what gaming system you are playing under (mine was Xbox). After I linked it I loaded up college football 25 and my online was working immediately.
