Conference Stories Pack -unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase

I recently purchased a Conference Stories Premium Fantasy Pack for 3600 points in CUT, right after I purchased it I was disconnected from ultimate team and sent back to the main menu. i went back into ultimate team to find that I was missing my points and there was no record of me getting my pack at all, no new players in my newest section and even when i talked to support there was no record of that pack being purchased at all. So now I am just down 3600 points, which is not cheap, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Im guessing its some kind of glitch/bug but pretty frustrating nonetheless. On top of that beyond going through pack purchases based on how many points would have been loaded into the account there is no way to prove my claim is legit for myself and I would need someone from support to find the records while i explain everything repeatedly.

I was in the process of buying a pack when the game crashed n kicked me out now I don’t have my pack and i can no longer buy anything without

I am currently experiencing an issue with the store on EA College Football 25. I funded my account after attempting to buy the Conference Stories Premium Fantasy Pack, which I only had one purchase left for. After funding, I immediately attempted to purchase the pack. It deducted the points from my account, but did not give me the pack and it still says that I have one purchase remaining. Now, every time I attempt to purchase any pack, it reads "Unable to complete transaction due to previous purchase still pending. Please retry." It has been this way for 6 or so hours. Will it ever give me my pack and unlock my ability to purchase anything?

getting the exact same problem with my marketplace, bought 2800 points and purchased a pack worth 750, it juiced my points and then gave my no pack. now im sitting at 2050 points, no pack, and a broken marketplace i cant buy ANYTHING from.

Same I spent 3600 on a pack no money back or the pack tried reaching out to support they’re no help whatsoever. 

I also had the same issue but with the ICYMI Superior fantasy bundle

Hi, having the same issue bought a SOTW pack from the store and it took my points and didnt give me a pack. Also the 80+ BND conference stories pack I got from doing the challenges is bugged and crashes my game every time I try to open it. Please help EA.

Same thing here here i just bought a pack for 3,600 credits and it crashed and i don’t have my pack still.
