Connection Error To Ea Servers - Online Dynasty Only

For the last week or so this game has been certifiably unplayable for me. I can't play any of my CPU games in online dynasty without getting either a couple plays in, or late in the 4th quarter and I get booted for the above reason in the title. It's not my internet because I can play Road To CFP games or user vs user game in OD without an issue. Has there been a fix for this? Or does anyone know of something that helped them that have had the same issue?

    Hey @KyloTeee I wanted to check if you were still getting an error about connecting to EA servers. Do you see the message when you select Dynasty or when does it typically pop up?

    Hey! It happens mid game in my online dynasty’s against the cpu. And it only seems like it happens in my ones where there’s more than 15 users. I have a few others with 11, 8, and 5 and I never get the error. It also doesn’t happen when I’m playing USER V USER in the 15+ member ones

    Hey @KyloTeee To confirm what is the full message you get?

    Also if you haven't we can see if the following help us here:

    1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
    2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    3. Perform a power cycle.
      • Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
      • Turn it back on after one minute.
      • Launch your game.
    4. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

    Let me know if you resolve.  The same thing is happening to me right now too.  I start the game in OD vs CPU, get about one play in and then ea server error.  It's been happening for 4-5 straight days now.  MY OD is 4 users.

    Console: PS5

    I tried the power cycle (per instructions above), and it didn't help. Will try that again tomorrow.

    Any help for ps5 users here?

    this keeps happening in my offline dynasty games, I finish the game and while trying to connect back to the dynasty screen after the game I get the unable to connect error. Game is lost and has to be replayed. 

    Now it just happened to me with 38 seconds left in one of my competitive online dynasty games with 5 of my friends. 

    really frustrating
