Too far away.

That's always going to be the issue then since this is expected to happen with wireless connections. Especially, when you're too far for a wire. You might want to look into using a powerline adaptor. That has been a good solution for this. I use a couple of them myself with no issues.

I'm on a wireless connection on a college campus, all my other games can run just fine with pretty low ping at that. Just want to get to the bottom of why it's only CFB and Madden that I constantly get disconnected from.
This is common, especially on a college campus when you have a ton of devices sharing the same connection. There's really nothing you can do to get around that since you're limited to using the connection your campus provides.

I've been unable to access the game for several days. I've tried:
1) restarting my router2) clearing my ps5 cache
3) speaking with my ISP re: connection speeds.
How might I resolve this issue? It is particularly frustrating given that I just purchased packs.

Hello, @kSylph27
I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I've done that as well. I'll try it again, but nothing has changed since the last time I've tried. The weirdest part is that I can still play Ultimate Team in Madden but I can't play CFB Ultimate Team. Is there any reason you think this may be happening?

Well as I said, every other single game I play works perfectly fine with no lag or connection issues, it's just EA games that have an issue. So evidently, it's not just on the poor connection or just completely on the campus internet for having too many devices. I get kicked from EA servers minutes into every game I play here so there's just a disconnect with EA. Just trying to find the issue and correct it ASAP, annoying that I paid so much for the game and it's the only one giving me connection issues.

This is happening for 2 reasons.
- You're on a wireless connection
- You're using a college campus connection
The combination of these 2 conditions is pretty much guaranteed to cause disconnects and lag. Especially with competitive sports games that require a more stable connection.

Once again, every other online game I play on this college campus with the wireless connection has zero issues. I played Madden and CFB for months here without a single issue, it wasn't until around early November that I was kicked out of EA servers every time I played. So, once again this is just an EA server issue, thanks!
