Moving on Up Achievement not working

I have now moved up to the Sophomore Division and still did not get the achievement for reaching Freshman.

Opened a ticket with support, it is the last achievement I need to complete the game, so really hoping they can provide a solution.

    What was the fix? This is my last trophy too. I'm on PS5. I'm on sophomore & it didn't pop for me either. Is there a way to delete saved data or is this glitch something that they hadn't fixed yet?
