Online dynasty - Error "Our servers cannot process your request"

When I ready up, it says ""servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu."

If you have a moment can we try the following steps and check if this keeps up?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
3. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
4. Perform a power cycle.
• Touch the power button on the front of the console for at least seven seconds until the system beeps twice.
• Turn it back on after one minute.
• Launch your game.
5. Restore the license for the game.
• Go to Settings on your PlayStation.
• Click Account Management then Restore Licenses.
6. Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database
7. Reinstall your game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot play any H2H or Solo Ultimate Team Games
What do you expect to see? Game to load into Online H2H Gameplay

Screen Pops up - When in Ultimate Team Game Mode, trying to play Head to Head in any mode or Solo Battles I get the following Error Message - Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time,. Please try again later.

Currently trying to help host a big dynasty and have gotten a good chunk of people to join but multiple people are receiving an error: “Error. Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu”. I’ve had guys restart games and console. Any help?

Update: turns out it’s only when guys do custom coaches, I asked one to do just regular because we wanted all custom coaches so nobody had advantages over anyone and it worked finally with the current HC of the team.

Summarize your bug Will not load into game or challenge. Gives me the error ‘Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later’. I have tried to load into a game 40-60 times over the past couple days and have not been successful once. It will let me spend more money on this game and lets me buy points or packs

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in as me. Go to ultimate team. Try to start a game
What happens when the bug occurs? Error that i described pops up
What do you expect to see? I expect to see gameplay I paid $120 for

Summarize your bug When trying to play a game in one of my online dynasties, and clicking ready, I receive an error “our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” I receive this error only when trying to play a game in this dynasty. It does not appear in my other dynasties.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up my online dynasty, try to play a game, press ready, see an error message.
What happens when the bug occurs? An error message appears and takes me to the main menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play a game in an online dynasty.

@EA_Illium none of these worked. I'm also having the issue where "The EA servers are not available att his time" when trying to load my online dynasty. It worked fine yesterday, and all of the other modes and online dynasties work.. the only file with issues is the one I use. 

I’ve I Havant got an option to go onto online dynasty how do I fix this had it for 3 days 

Currently experiencing this on Xbox, I've been unable to get into my online dynasty since Saturday afternoon. Attempted to go to dynasty>continue, receiving the error message “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu.” Same error when trying to use the load dynasty button> select dynasty. I'm also getting this error message whenever I try to create a new online dynasty. There might be a correlation when choosing Active Roster instead of default. If I choose active roster option on a new dynasty it will load about 75% of the loading roaster bar before it gives the “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have been returned to the main menu." It doesn't do this on default option. I've restarted the game, restarted my xbox, checked my internet connection with upload/download speeds in the 900's with no packet loss as I'm running off of an Ethernet connection.
