Having some issue purchasing the premium platinum pack in the store after grabbing the 2 weekly platinum packs. Anyone know a work around? I was thinking of uninstalling the game and downloading again to see. EA support noted my issue but were unable to find a fix. It's my first time buying these packs but by the looks of it they reset on a weekly basis. I'm a bit unsure if I'll want to get the weekly packs again not knowing if the premium will still be locked. My points were for the 3 pc. combo: getting the 2 weekly packs and then premium but it hasn't played out that way for me. Any help would be appreciated 👍

Ive been dealing with same issue. Told there is nothing they can do. I wouldn't have spent $10 (1000 pts) on the pack if it didn't unlock the premium pack. I "have to" purchase the 2 weekly packs for 500 pts each in order for the premium pack to be unlocked.Have you received an update?

Any idea if there will be any compensation, especially if this isn't fixed by the time the store refreshes.I feel a bit slighted by this its like if I went into a shop which said buy 2 shirts and you can buy a 3rd shirt, then after I bought the 2 shirts they said actually you can't buy the 3rd.

No I haven't got any updates. Support spent like 30-40 yesterday to tell me theres nothing they can do. I'm not getting two more weekly packs because I know chances are it won't be fixed. Might uninstall and try that as a last ditch effort.
The game and all the traversing through cut is janky and needs to be fine tuned. It's sad. The game is so big and yet simple accessibility issues are holding it back. Glad I'm not alone on this one

i bought two weekly premium packs two separate weeks & my premium platinum pack was still locked both times. since it was locked i grabbed a different pack that i didn’t want.

Also Dealing with this and also got no reasonable response other than wait and see. They already got my money why would they care if we get what we paid for or that their game and packs worked as advertised?

I have also had this issue. I contacted EA help, and they put in a bug report for this issue. They also told me to post the issue in the forums too. I purchased two weekly platinum packs and then the premium platinum was still locked.

This is now the second time this has happened. Twice in the last 3 weeks.
I buy the 2 weekly platinum packs in order to unlock the premium platinum pack… but this is now the second time where the premium platinum pack stays locked after buying.
