• Which platform are you on?
• Are you getting an error message?
• Does this only happen in one game mode?
• Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:

no error code and it’s only ultimate team. I have installed still no rep 

even in my house rules when it say game played it’s saying 0. Like I said I’m up to the point of deleting the game because this is frustrating. Just found out ppl are playing solo battles I can’t even open mine up. At this point some free points or cards will do til y’all fix it. Just something this is crazy I even put money into my team. Help

Can we try the following steps for your console and check if either the game updates or starts tracking progress?

1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
2. Perform a power cycle.
3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
5. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
6. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
7. Open you're Xbox NAT Type
8. Clear the MAC Address.
• From the Xbox dashboard, click Settings, then go to All Settings.
• Go to Network, then Network Settings.
• Click Advanced Settings, then Alternate MAC address.
• Select Clear, then restart your Xbox.
