Stuck on this loading screen. How do I fix?
Do you have any devices such as a headset, racing wheel, dongle for a peripheral, etc., plugged into any of the USB ports on your console? If so, remove them and restart the game to see if it loads past that screen.

I have the same issue, but have nothing besides the power chord and the hdmi plugged into my xbox
