    @skywalker2552, if the generate best lineup didn’t work, remove all players and start with a blank line up. Build it from there. I’ve had to do it a few times.  I feel like there is a player that gets into 2 different positions at the same time and the game can’t use the sub.  When it happens it’s always right after I add a player to my lineup. I actually was able to get on a live chat with someone from EA Help. They had me go through some troubleshooting steps but those didn’t work.

They said that they are submitting it to the team as a bug and it is in the queue. He told me he wasn’t sure of the time frame but the team is online, so he’s trying to push them as quickly as he can.

      Pretty much just restarting Xbox, and changing your DNS settings on your Xbox to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and trying again. That didn’t work though.

        Having the same issue

        everything is up to date, internet connect is fine. 

        Getting server error for 4 days now. I have tried every work-around on the internet other than rebuilding my console, which i am not going to do. 

        is this getting resolved?
