In our Online Dynasty we started having issues with games desyncing, we have found that a "desync" only happens when a player for a team gets hurt. We have not figured out what exactly the "issue" is other than the desync occurs when an injury happens. We turned injuries off and have not had any desyncs for the past two weeks. Turning injuries off isn't ideal for a league, so we wanted to make the team aware and hopefully you can help us find another workaround or get it fixed.
