Literally the sole reason I bought this game is for the trophy room and despite spending $70+ on the game the single feature that I wanted is not showing up. Is there a patch that EA can provide because this is ridiculous and I’m starting to want my money back
Hey EA_Kent could you help out with processing this refund for a fundamental feature of the game that's broken? Or at the very least, an apology and an acknowledgement that there's work going on to fix it?
You probably noticed they don't care. It's been an issue since Day 1 of release, with this being the most common issue people have complained about, and it's still not been addressed.
Oh I know, I've had the odd occasion the mods here have been reasonably helpful, but 95% of them are utterly useless. Funnily enough if you go through the responses they do give, they mostly tend to be ones relating to ultimate team. Weird that.
