Dynasty Trophy Room Not Working on PS5

Do trophies only appear in the trophy room if head coach in dynasty? I earned several trophies in my first season as offensive coordinator, including Broyles Award, and none are appearing in my troph...

Literally the sole reason I bought this game is for the trophy room and despite spending $70+ on the game the single feature that I wanted is not showing up. Is there a patch that EA can provide because this is ridiculous and I’m starting to want my money back

    Hey EA_Kent​ could you help out with processing this refund for a fundamental feature of the game that's broken? Or at the very least, an apology and an acknowledgement that there's work going on to fix it?
