Given H2H loss when opponent concedes

I was in the Rose Bowl, game for before national championship, in a H2H squads season. We were up 38-7 and the other team conceded. When loading back to the lobby, I was granted a loss and a field goal pack. My partner and I, who was two games behind, went on to win the next two games. Thankfully he got his national championship, however since both results ended in the other team conceding or turning off the game, I given two losses. The first win would have served as my national championship. This caused the forfeiture of hard earned national championship rewards. This cannot be happening. Please fix this and give out the make-right.
