Why did I load up and all of a sudden I have negative points ? All of my transactions went through, I’m confused. I also never received any of my crossover players !!!
This is working as designed and not any kind of bug or issue. You have refunded a points purchase from Microsoft or PlayStation after using those points in-game.
It says I have -31,900 cut points! How do I fix this? I bought a 500 and it changed to -31,400. Do I really have to spend $200+ just to get back to 0???
What mode is this? Cut points?

I logged on to ultimate team today and I have negative 2,780 points is there any way this can be fixed?
EA_Barry - Who can you contact from EA to discuss these issues. I requested a refund on the basis of broken pack odds, I bought a premium pack and received the same player 4-5 times, I have screen shots. I wanted a refund and was unsatisfied with the packs. Microsoft shouldn’t have approved the refund without notification of this, please advise.
