Old Dominion Proximity to Home Bug

In Dynasty, the game seems to think that ODU is located somewhere in Mississippi. ODU is located in Norfolk, VA, but recruits from Norfolk only have B- Proximity to Home. Recruits from Mississippi have A+ Proximity to Home.

Looking at the forum, this was reported in College Football 25 and never fixed.
