Ole Miss 3-4 Defensive Playbook no longer 3-4

I run Ole Miss 3-4 Defense and sometime last week all the 3-4 formations disappeared from my playbook. I've had to switch to a generic 3-4 playbook to get the 3-4 formations.

I believe this is affecting other team 3-4 as well as other team defensive schemes as well.
