Pause glitched out of my National Championship. Give me my rewards!

I just made it all the way to my national championship and then my opponent glitched me onto the pause screen. I put in all that effort to not be rewarded what I earned. I was winning the game by 14 by the end of the first and get paused to start the second quarter. The dude was also just running qb sneak the whole game. I need my packs!
