This is a major issue that needs to be fixed ASAP. In dynasty modes, players are just not progressing properly because of this. The other major issue is the rating caps on the highly rated NIL freshman. So many of them have the same caps making them unable to develop. None of the 5 star OT’s have the ability to improve at run blocking. Bryce Underwood and Keelon Russell max out at like an 87. It’s a major issue across the board with 4 and 5 star freshman
