Teambuilder Import Not Taking Prestige/ Grades Of Replaced Team

Is this a new policy? Didn’t have to adjust downloaded teambuilder grades / prestige in the past as long as I picked a one star school. Is this a glitch that will be fixed, or intentional?  Have o...

check my teams out... I made it a point to a) give my teams anything BUT a powerhouse roster (used either air it out, spread, option attack or avg joes and only have two elitist schools) and b) each team except for one has a 99 over player at a random spot, that'll most likely bounce to  the NFL after two years, giving that team a little hope at first...
