Teambuilder Import Not Taking Prestige/ Grades Of Replaced Team

Is this a new policy? Didn’t have to adjust downloaded teambuilder grades / prestige in the past as long as I picked a one star school. Is this a glitch that will be fixed, or intentional?  Have o...

This year they let you assign the teams prestige and grades in team builder.
