This glitch has happened twice

For context I’m playing in the Celebration cups that gives you 1050 cash if you win.

I make it to the finals and win the game by 12 after my opponent conceded when he was down 12 late in the fourth. I somehow got the loss after. I never deal with lag or disconnect so I know it’s not on my end. 2nd time this has happened.

• i can show visual proof if needed. I want the glitch fixed and my ea cash. I talked for 3 hours with eas support team just to get told to go hear. Absolutely ridiculous
