Voided Touchdown?

I scored a touchdown off of a fumble when the player im going against pauses the game seconds after and my touchdown gets voided!? The game visibly glitched and the 6 points I was supposed to be awarded suddenly dissapeared and we resumed play in HIS possesion. Has anybody had a problem like this?
