Wear and tear auto settings not carrying over from menu to game

Hey all, I’ve noticed a weird bug in Dynasty Mode. Before each game, I set my HB to “Keep Fresh” and my QB to “Grind It Out” in the coaching adjustments menu. But once I start the game, those settings don’t stick when I check the  HB flips to “Grind It Out” and QB goes back to “Normal.” 

Even if I change them again during the game, it feels like the game ignores it. My QB still randomly subs out like the adjustment didn’t take at all.

Anyone else seeing this? Is there a workaround or is this something EA’s looking into?
